Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork. Joey Bosa Chargers Jersey .com) - PGA TOUR - SONY OPEN IN HAWAII, Waialae Country Club, Honolulu, Hawaii - Having already collected his first tour win earlier in the season, Jimmy Walker continued his hot play as he fired a 7- under 63 in the final round to win the 2014 Sony Open in Hawaii. Walker rallied by Chris Kirk for his second win in the first six events of the 2013-14 season. Walker went on to win one more title and make his first Ryder Cup team. Kirk, the third-round leader, failed to hold the 54-hole lead, but he did pick up his third victory in three years later in 2014 at the Deutsche Bank Championship. Walker, who was in the penultimate group, birdied the 16th and 17th to end at minus-17. Kirk had an eagle chip at the last to try to force a playoff, but he ran the chip eight feet by the hole. He converted the birdie effort to end alone in second place. On Monday, Walker coughed up a chance at his fourth PGA Tour win. He shared the 54-hole lead, but played the final nine in even-par and Patrick Reed caught him to force a playoff. Reed birdied the first extra hole to earn his third PGA Tour victory. Walker and Kirk will be joined at Waialae by Jason Day and Matt Kuchar. Those four, all ranked in the top 25 in the world, played the Hyundai Tournament of Champions last week and more than two-thirds of those participants are also competing at the Sony. A pair of Japan Golf Tour stars, Hiroshi Iwata and Hideto Tanihara, were invited to the event this week. Several 50-and-older players will also be at Waialae, including Fred Funk, Paul Goydos, Davis Love III, Kenny Perry and Vijay Singh. Golf Channel has coverage of all four rounds. NBC will kick off Sundays final round coverage, with Golf Channel airing the completion of the round. The PGA Tour heads to the California desert next week for the Humana Challenge. Patrick Reed opened with three straight 63s last year and cruised to a 2-shot win over Ryan Palmer. EUROPEAN TOUR ABU DHABI HSBC GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP, Abu Dhabi Golf Club, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - A return to the desert for the European Tour brings with it a return of some of the best players in golf. World No. 1 Rory McIlroy will make his first start of 2015 this week at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship. McIlroy is one of nine former major champions in the field. McIlroy will be joined at Abu Dhabi Golf Club by the likes of Martin Kaymer, Henrik Stenson, Justin Rose, Ernie Els and Darren Clarke. Kaymer won this event three times in a four-year span (2008-11) and he shared second place in 2009. McIlory was runner-up to Kaymer in 2011, he was second to Robert Rock in 2012 and shared second-place last year. Stenson (2006, 2008) and Rose (2013) have also had runner-up finishes at this event. Pablo Larrazabal closed with a 5-under 67 last year to hold off McIlroy and Phil Mickelson, who went 63-69 on the weekend. McIlroy had been assessed a 2- stroke penalty in the third round for taking an illegal drop. The win for Larrazabal was his third on the European Tour. Along with several of the top European Tour players, world No. 10 Rickie Fowler also made the trip to the desert. Fowler will be competing for the first time since the first week of December, when he played in the Hero World Challenge hosted by Tiger Woods. Golf Channel will have early morning coverage of all four rounds. The European Tour continues its desert swing next week with the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters. Sergio Garcia birdied the third playoff hole last year to defeat Mikko Ilonen and win for the 11th time on the European Tour. Derwin James Jersey . -- Jerome Verrier scored once and set up two more as the Drummondville Voltigeurs downed the visiting Chicoutimi Sagueneens 5-1 on Friday in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League play. Joey Bosa Jersey . Blatter also told reporters Saturday after meeting with Qatars emir that the decision to award the tournament to the desert nation is "not reversible." There have been calls to move the tournament because of Qatars intense heat. http://www.chargersauthenticofficialonline.com/authentic-antonio-gates-jersey.html . Chris Heisey connected for his first grand slam and Devin Mesoraco homered and drove in a career high-tying four runs as Cincinnati took advantage of Tampa Bays depleted pitching staff for a 12-4 victory on Sunday.CHICAGO -- The Chicago Bulls have experienced such a turnaround this season that their wins are now being rated. According to some observers, the 102-90 victory over the hapless, short-handed Milwaukee Bucks didnt rate because the expected lopsided blowout didnt materialize. The Bulls, who spent much of the first two months of the season below .500, took issue with that assessment. "Just because theyre the worst team in the league doesnt mean . nothing, really," Taj Gibson said. "Its tough because youre playing against guys fighting for their jobs, fighting for their livelihoods. Theyre going to play hard." Jimmy Butler and Kirk Hinrich had 17 points apiece to lead seven players in double figures, and the Bulls, despite some occasional lapses in the fourth quarter, cruised. Carlos Boozer and D.J. Augustin scored 14 points apiece. Gibson added 13, Mike Dunleavy 12 and Joakim Noah had 11 points and 13 rebounds. "A wins a win," Butler said. "Wins are hard to come by in this league. Every team has a roster full of NBA players; there really are no bad teams. You get a win, youre happy with that." The Bulls have won four straight and six of seven, and remained tied with the Toronto Raptors for third in the Eastern Conference. The Bulls (44-32) face Washington, a possible first-round opponent, on Saturday. "I love the balance of the team," Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau said. "We had seven guys in double figures again. The shot distribution was pretty even, and thats important for us. "I like the balance of our team. Each night it could be someone different." Brandon Knight had 22 points before fouling out with just over two minutes left for Milwaukee. Jeff Adrien added 21 points for the Bucks, who have dropped four straight overall and 12 straight on the road to fall to 14-62 overall. Milwaukee entered the game with just eight healthy players because of injuries and coach Larry Drew decided to play just seven of those until the final 22 seconds of the ggame. Junior Seau Youth Jersey. "I thought we did a good job fighting back in the second half," Knight said. "Playing hard. Not backing down. "Theyre a great team playing great basketball right now. Theyre a very solid defensive team. Theyre physical. Theyre everything youd want in a team." The Bulls lead was 27-15 after the first quarter and 51-35 at halftime. The Bucks rallied at the start of the second half and pulled within 63-53 midway through the third quarter. But they werent able to trim the deficit to single digits and the Bulls built their advantage back up to 82-62 entering the fourth quarter. The game appeared over, but the Bulls created some suspense by managing to score just three points in the first six minutes of the period to let Milwaukee pull within 85-77. Hinrich finally broke the drought when he hit a 3-pointer with 5:59 left to make it 88-77. "You have to give them credit," Thibodeau said. "I thought they played hard throughout the game. They never went away. Even when we got up 20, they kept battling back. "I think Larrys done a good job keeping them together. Theyve been hit with a lot of things, but theyre still together." NOTES: The Bulls waived rookie Erik Murphy on Thursday and there have been multiple reports saying they are interested in signing a veteran, possibly former Bull Ronnie Brewer. Murphy had been with the team all season, but only played a total of 62 minutes in 24 games. "It was done more so for roster flexibility," Thibodeau said. "I thought he did a great job for us, and I thought he had gotten significantly better." . Bucks C Larry Sanders, currently out with an injury, was suspended for five game on Friday for violating the NBA drug policy. Sanders said in a statement released by the team that he was penalized for using marijuana. "I think the most important thing is that he learns from his mistakes," Drew said. "Hopefully, he can put them behind him, get on the right track and stay on the right track." ' ' '
